ISE Plans and Parties

In less than a week we are headed to Amsterdam to cover Integrated Systems Europe. AVNation has been blessed to be a media sponsor of ISE as well as being sponsored by a number of great AV professionals who see value in what we are doing using Kickstarter. So, here’s what we have going on.
ISE Coverage Page
Here is where you can find all of our ISE 2015 coverage. From booth tours, interviews, blogs, and more. Click here to find out more.
Booth
We got a booth. How did that happen? In all seriousness, this was an unexpected blessing that came out of nowhere. As part of our media partnership we have been granted a 3 m x 3 m booth. Our booth number is 7-R160. Here you will find George Tucker, Chris Neto, Bill O’Donnell, or myself at any given time during the week. We will have AVNation lip balm, information on the site, and a video preview of AVNation for those that are not familiar with us.
First Unified Communications Panel at ISE
I have been invited to chair the first Unified Communications Panel at ISE. It will take place on Wednesday 11 of February at 4 pm local time, Hall 9. A140. There will be-*Dr. Dinesh Tripathi, PhD, Chief VIA Architect & Visionary, Kramer,-*Jan Willem Brands,-*VP & GM Collaboration Division,-*Barco,-*Paul Krizan, Senior Product Manager, AMX by HARMAN, Patrick Stewart-Blacker,-*Director of Unified Communications EMEA,-*Crestron, and-*Clint Hoffman, VP of Marketing, Kramer USA on the panel. It is-*hosted by Kramer. This should be a great discussion between some AV industry leaders about where we are in UC, some current solutions, and what they see coming down the pipeline to help you solve some of these UC issues. For more information click here.
AVTweeps Tweetup
We are partnering with HDBaseT to bring another Tweetup to ISE. A Tweetup is a great networking event for those AV pros who interact on Twitter and other social media to meet IRL (in real life). There will be food, drink, and plenty of business cards passed around. I’m looking forward to meeting a number of folks I have followed and communicated with for over four years now. It’s free, but you can register here-*and let us know you’re coming.
AVWeek Live
Thursday 12 February from 2 – 3 pm local time we will be recording a live and in person episode of AVWeek. It will take place in our booth, 7-R160. This is our weekly wrap up of news and information. Just like we have done at InfoComm and CEDIA, we will gather some great AV professionals from ISE and get their take on the show and the state of the industry.
That’s all we have. I’d like to say thank you, again, to our Kickstarter team. They came through in a huge way. If you’re going to ISE, we hope to see you there. If you’re not, come back to AVNation for some great coverage of the world’s biggest AV show.
Thanks for taking the time to read my blog. Have a great week.
