Armed with an extensive résumé for growing businesses, Victor Holloway looks forward to expanding the elite loudspeaker and electronics brand into new and existing markets.

 Lake Forest, CA – August 14, 2018 – Pro Audio Technology (PRO), the leading supplier of high-output loudspeakers and DSP-programmable amplifier systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Victor Holloway to the role of Vice President.
A seasoned executive and entrepreneur, Holloway brings 30 years of experience working in middle market organizations serving the professional services, marketing, and software industries. Previous executive positions include president of Hooven Marketing, a direct marketing and fulfillment firm, president of Sierra Distributing, a regional beverage/food distributor, and president of CCSI, a consultancy firm specializing in applications development and database design. Holloway earned his CPA working at Arthur Anderson, an American holding company and formerly one of the “Big Five” accounting firms based in Chicago, where he also participated in the consulting side of the practice. A calculated risk taker, Victor has founded three successful startups and has mergers and acquisitions experience with management buyouts utilizing both venture capital and bank funding.

As owner, Hales will continue to guide company direction, remain informed on all strategic business decisions, and oversee critical operational functions including product development and marketing. The new appointment also lends Hales the necessary time to focus on what he loves most – designing products. Hales looks forward to working with long-time PRO software engineer, Chris Farley, to further develop the breadth and depth of the PRO product line, as well as another special project.
