Thousands of AV professionals weigh in
St. Louis, MO – For the third year in a row, AVNation has hosted their annual readers’ choice awards. The process involves several rounds of nomination and voting across a wide spectrum of the audiovisual industry.
The first step in the process is an open nomination period. In the month of December 2018, the AVNation audience nominated hundreds of companies, products, and AV professionals. The categories open for nomination were: Best Audio DSP, Best AV Control, Best Video Wall product, Best Projector, Best Audiovisual Signal Distribution, Best AV-Over-IP Technology, Best Technical Support Team, Best AV Education Program, and the AVNation AV Professional of the year.
The top eight nominations were put into a bracket system with three rounds of voting. The month of January 2019 the AVNation audience voted in the three rounds. Each round eliminated half of the field to come down to the final two. For two weeks the AVNation Audience voted around the globe for their favorite products and companies. After thousands of votes, we have come to our winners.
Congratulations to our winners. This year our audience voted by the thousands to give us their pick of the best products, services, and professionals in the audiovisual industry.
