Vanco Evolves EVO; Lauches Audio Solutions at InfoComm 2019

Mark Corbin at Vanco explains their EVO over IP solution to AV Nation’s Tim Albright. The solution only requires three pieces of equipment; a control box, a transmitter, and a receiver. Within the system you can do multiple interfaces like matrix control and video wall control. The product has both commercial and residential implications, because room functions can be scheduled ahead.

Because the system is cloud-based, it can interface with Alexa. Control box functions can occur through voice command, switching video walls and functions on the fly. Corbin points out that the integration of network-based systems make technology accessible for residential and light commercial work, broadening the possibilities for integrators.

Vanco’s new 70 volt amplifier, with 4 channels and 1000 watts. The new interfacing GUI with robust capabilities. New pendant audio is also in the mix for a September release.
