The initial integration of Qsic into the BluOS platform is the first in further feature implementations to come
Bluesound Professional has announced an integration partnership with Qsic, the world’s first automated and intelligent audio system built just for businesses, delivering a perfect in-store or in-venue sound experience.
All BluOS Enabled devices from Bluesound Professional will be prompted for an update in March 2020, which will then enable Qsic music streaming for customers in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
“We are very excited to be working with Qsic, as they are a very unique player in the commercial streaming sector,” says Graeme Harrison, Vice President and General Manager of Bluesound Professional. “Like us, they are committed to fully integrated user experiences and have ambitious plans for their platform.”
Qsic is more than just a streaming service. Its robust music management system offers rich browsing and search functionality, while value-added services like custom curation and branded audio content development create highly focused experiences for consumers at the point of sale.
The initial integration of Qsic into the BluOS platform that underpins Bluesound Professional products will be a starting point, with further feature implementations to come.
“In Bluesound Professional we think we have found a great partner that can evolve with us,” says Nick Larkins, Co-Founder and Global Head of Product at Qsic. “The BluOS platform is amongst the most robust we have seen and we are excited to see what is possible in relation to how deeply our two platforms can be integrated.”
The Qsic integration will be demonstrated at the Bluesound Professional stand at the 2020 Integrated Systems Europe show at RAI Amsterdam, Hall 5, stand T140.
