MediaStar appoints AV/IT industry professionals Mitch Klein and Kathryn Sica as regional sales managers

Klein and Sica will be responsible for managing the business development and sales growth of the company’s eastern region of the U.S. as well as special projects

MediaStar Systems has announced the appointment of Mitch Klein to Regional Sales Manager for Southeastern and MidAtlantic, United States and Kathryn (Kathi) Sica to Regional Sales Manager for Northeastern, United States. They will be responsible for managing the business development and sales growth of MediaStar’s Eastern region of the United States and special projects.

Mitch Klein joins MediaStar from Cardone Solomon, the AV/IT manufacturing representative firm; and brings a wealth of knowledge from past positions with RGB Spectrum, AVI-SPL and Verizon. His well-rounded experience provides him with a wide perspective on the AV support ecosystems in end-client companies. Mitch will primarily focus on cultivating channel partner relationships, end client, consultant, and architect engagement for educating and training related to the unique selling points of the MediaStar range of solutions.

Kathi Sica joins MediaStar with a strong background in telephony, having worked with Nortel and Avaya. She has gained experience over recent years working for integrators in the telephony and AV space, most recently with Harman Pro Services. Kathi brings to MediaStar her considerable expertise at winning multi-million-dollar project client wins, and a broad knowledge of selling both through the channel and direct to end users.

The MediaStar product portfolio provides IPTV, digital signage, and multimedia distribution. These solutions are primarily used by medium to large enterprises requiring future-proof, stable solutions for live TV corporate communications, multicasts, and digital signage.
