Utelogy Expands Services and Partnerships While Growing 270% Year-over Year

LOS ANGELES – Utelogy Corporation, a global leader in the monitoring, control and automation for workplace management, announced significant growth in Year-over-Year revenues and bookings of 270% as it continues its international expansion.

Utelogy CEO Kevin Morrison commented that “Utelogy is responding to the needs of an increasingly connected and technology-reliant global workspace by delivering cost saving solutions with elevated user experience through insights and analytics. We are also continually growing our global partner network to meet the increasing demands of our enterprise customers.”

“Focusing on the voice of the customer has given us the ability to grow Utelogy 270% from Q1 2020 to Q1 2021,” says CEO Kevin Morrison.

“In the last 12 months we have been focused on our development efforts in preparation to launch High Availability and a fuller analytics dashboard suite. Our vision has always been to provide a toolset that delivers actionable intelligence on how businesses use their technology, how it performs and how the workplace is utilized. This data can then be used to make better and more informed decisions. Focusing on the voice of the customer has given us the ability to grow Utelogy 270% from Q1 2020 to Q1 2021. This falls in line with the recent AV Service Management trends report by *Futuresource that predicts a 400% growth rate in the next four years,” says Morrison.

Changes, Challenges, Opportunities

Remote and hybrid workspaces with flexible collaboration areas are becoming the rule rather than the exception. The management of these systems is shifting from AV-based to IT-focused. The emphasis is on networked systems offering performance, quality and easy collaboration, whether employees are working in an office or from home.

“Organizations are looking for the right toolset of technology and services,” says Jonathan Mangnall, Managing Director, EMEA, for Utelogy. “Our platform turns the support for this initiative from reactive to proactive, resonating with companies who are more geographically dispersed than ever.”

Utelogy is seeing a shift from a traditional product “break/fix” approach to “intelligent” managed services models offering comprehensive solutions combining AV devices, software and exceptional support. These changes occurring in the global workspace require organizations to adapt their logistical operations as well as their business mindset, presenting challenges but also significant growth opportunities.

Scalable & Agnostic for Growth

Utelogy’s customers range from small organizations to large multi-national enterprises and higher education facilities.

Utelogy’s ability to scale, regardless of requirements or budget, makes it the ideal platform for organizations of any size. The Utelogy platform is based on an open architecture which is agnostic to both hardware or software, allowing for greater compatibility and integration between AV/UC devices from many manufacturers.

A Growing Global Support Network

Utelogy is well-equipped to support customers regardless of country or region. Significant areas of growth range from its home base in the United States to key international markets across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

The company enhances its global customer support through a worldwide network of more than 40 regional partners and solutions providers with specific expertise in IT-centric system deployments and management. Global partners include Diversified, Dimension Data, Ricoh, Kinly, Electrosonic, ProAV, Continuant, Solutionz, AdTech, Netrix, Rahi Systems, and many others. Within the last 18 months, Utelogy’s global partner roster has more than doubled as they continue to onboard new partners.

Utelogy’s 2021 Utelligence Program (the program that drives standards-based security and robust APIs for AV and UC devices) has allowed Utelogy to onboard “Utelligent” technology partners. The platform integrates with technology partners such as Logitech, Cisco, Zoom, Lightware, BiAmp, Poly and Samsung – just to name a few – who all provide Utelligent devices to the market.

Looking Toward the Future

“We understand that having the ability to capture meaningful data and effect change on said data is a key force in driving the AV and IT industries into the future. That is why we position ourselves in the market as the manager of managers. We sit directly on top of whatever ITSM stack is deployed in a customer’s environment, bridging the gap between Users, IT Management, AV Partners, and the IT Support Team. Our mantra is – be so good you can’t be ignored – so we keep our eye on the prize and strive for success for both our partners and our end-users,” says Morrison.

Utelogy is firmly committed to building out the platform with automation, flexibility, and security in mind, while at the same time introducing machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive down the total cost of ownership even further. By predicting trends, making data driven decisions, and applying self-healing – automation with an emphasis on AI will make Utelogy an unrivaled resource.
