AVNation’s Rich Fregosa is in Las Vegas on the InfoComm 2022 show floor, and he’s back with Jim Vasgaard, National Sales Manager for AV Sales Partners at Daktronics. Now that Jim has walked us through a few popular Daktronics displays, he’s here to speak on a common issue: mounting those displays.

One of the things that the Daktronics team has been working on lately is the Speed Frame Wall Mounting System, which they’ve found to decrease installation time by at least a factor of two. This system is designed to eliminate time-consuming aspects of mounting your display: locating studs, precise measurements, and more. Jim tells us to think of it as a bit of a floating floor installation—each new panel is added and stacked as the process of creating the mount continues.

Now, Daktronics can save integrators the time and headache of getting their high-quality displays up and running. Instead, they can use that time to get to work with a much higher rate of satisfaction.
