Enterprise Connect, the leading conference and exhibition for enterprise communications and customer experience (CX), today announces Duncan Lennox, VP and GM of Applied AI of Google Cloud will deliver a keynote presentation. Over three days of an expo and four days of the conference program, the event offers expert-led educational sessions, along with extensive peer networking and an exhibit floor featuring all the major industry players. Lennox leads Google’s Applied AI organization, where he oversees the teams building AI-first applications and agents in areas like customer experience, healthcare, and financial services. Previously, Lennox led Ads Privacy & Safety, as well as Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) for Google products including Search and Maps. Before Google, Lennox was GM for Amazon Elastic File System, and CEO/CTO of two enterprise SaaS companies in the sales enablement and productivity space.
Additional keynote presentations will be delivered by Mike Massimino, Former NASA Astronaut, NY Times Bestselling Author and Columbia University Professor; Anurag Dhingra, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Cisco; Kira Makagon, Chief Innovation Officer, RingCentral; and Smita Hashim, Chief Product Officer, Zoom. Strategic Impact Summits
New to Enterprise Connect 2025 are Strategic Impact Summits. Exclusively for premium conference pass holders, the interactive sessions each focus on a different area of strategic importance to enterprise technology leaders. Each Summit will be led by an independent subject matter expert who will tie together the different sessions’ themes and guide discussion, to give attendees the most insightful, comprehensive view of the topic. The Strategic Impact Summits topics include: Customer Engagement; AV & Video for True Collaboration; and Case Studies in Communications Strategy.
