Kordz Announces Upgrades to its World-Class HDMI Cable Range at ISE 2025

Kordz is raising the bar for HDMI connectivity with its upgraded PRO4 series, showcased at ISE 2025. Designed specifically for professional integrators, the PRO4 Active Optical HDMI cables deliver 48Gbps data rates over distances of up to 100 meters, ensuring seamless 8K signal delivery without external power. These cables feature a slim 4.7mm profile, internal reinforcement for durability, and DPL Labs certification, offering unmatched reliability and performance for high-demand AV installations. Additionally, Kordz has introduced PRO4 Passive HDMI cables with a thinner design for shorter runs and smoother data flow, and a new PRO 5V Power Injector to solve HDMI power issues effortlessly.

Attendees at ISE 2025 can experience Kordz cables in action at Stand #2E310 or during a live demo with Trinnov at Stand #1F500. Kordz’ innovations aim to support IT professionals and AV integrators by delivering solutions that simplify installations, enhance performance, and ensure sustainable practices. With these cutting-edge HDMI solutions, Kordz continues to lead the way in connecting advanced AV systems reliably and efficiently.

As AV systems continue to evolve with increasingly advanced technologies, the HDMI cables connecting them must meet the demands of faster, higher-bandwidth applications. Having built its global brand upon resolving many of the AV industry’s early HDMI challenges, Kordz is once again setting the bar for HDMI connectivity with a series of highly anticipated upgrades debuting at ISE 2025. Leading the innovations is the new PRO4 HDMI range, the next generation of Kordz’ best-selling PRO3 series, delivering enhanced performance and reliability.

“Kordz has always been driven by its mission to make cables that specifically meet the needs of professional integrators—more reliable, more efficient, and capable of meeting the ever-growing demands of modern AV systems,” says James Chen, Kordz Managing Director. “With the PRO4 range, we’re taking an important step forward, combining innovation and robust engineering to deliver a product that integrators can trust for exceptional performance in every installation.”

Designed by integrators for integrators through the unique “Kordzification” process, new PRO4 Active Optical HDMI cables support data rates of 48Gbps across distances of up to 100 metres without external power, ensuring reliable performance for even the most advanced AV systems. They enable seamless delivery of uncompressed 8K signals, making them ideal for high-performance installations.

Additionally, DPL Labs Enhanced 48G Reference Standard certification provides integrators with extra assurance of quality, reliability and performance through the elimination of many interoperability issues, empowering them to confidently tackle projects of any size or complexity. For easier installation and reliability, the PRO4 Active Optical HDMI cables feature a slim 4.7mm diameter and internal reinforcement to sustain 20kg pull force. Furthermore, in addition to Kordz’ overall sustainability improvements across the manufacturing of its range, the new PRO4 AOC HDMI line comes packaged in 100% recyclable materials.

Kordz is also releasing PRO4 48Gbps Passive HDMI cables, introducing shorter lengths with a redesigned, thinner profile. These cables are fine-tuned to the signal strength of the AV system, reducing oversaturation and ensuring a smooth, consistent data flow of up to 48Gbps. A 1kg pull retention rating assures reliable connectivity.

Every cable in Kordz’ new PRO4 Active and Passive HDMI cable range is individually tested during production, offers the appropriate fire-rated protection and is backed by extended warranties.

Lastly, Kordz is launching a new PRO 5V Power Injector, designed to fix HDMI cable power problems easily and reliably. Its ultra-compact “Kordzified” design delivers a stable 5V current and promises to become a handy addition to any integrator’s toolkit.

Kordz will be demonstrating the capabilities of other HDMI cables in its range by joining Trinnov in collaboration with Officina Acustica at Stand #1F500, where its highly acclaimed PRS4 HDMI Cable connects a wide range of reference-level audio and video products from leading brands including Perlisten, Sony and Kaleidescape. The seamless interoperability and high-res signal transmission enabled by Kordz HDMI cabling delivers an unforgettable audiovisual experience of Trinnov’s revolutionary WaveForming technology.
