While security is foremost at the mind of a residential consumer, it is less of a sticking point in the office. How can we emphasize the need for solid security in the corporate space? We discuss the importance of security while also looking at ease of use for company assets.
Disney is developing an omnidirectional treadmill floor for virtual reality experiences. The HoloTile Floor allows users to walk and run in any direction amidst VR. VR and AR have had success as an entertainment platform, and this is not dissuading that notion in any stretch. But is there a use for something like this and VR in general for the pro AV space? Looking at what VR can offer for integrators.
Jetbuilt’s new integrated client portal, simply Portal, is available for use by end-users. Announced at ISE 2024, this is a real-time communication software to share information between integrators and their clients on projects. This includes drawings, manuals and more. What tools do integrators need to make a project work?
