During InfoComm 2021, Sara Potecha was featured as a keynote speaker at the AVIXA Women’s Council Breakfast. Sara is an author and cadet, of which those experiences were the contents of her book West Point Woman: How Character is Created, and Leadership is Earned. At the breakfast, she discussed the challenge of hardship through adversity in the last year and a half and how to take on these difficult times as an industry. Today we sit down to discuss her new Mastermind leadership development experience and what it means to be an influential leader.
