#Paid?
Twitter can be a boon or a curse, depending on how you see it. However, it’s no doubt that without it #AVTweeps wouldn’t exist, and this wonderful AV community would not have grown into what it is today. This special is based off of a conversation on Twitter (of course) concerning Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey looking at subscription based-options for the platform. Ad revenue has been down in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, and he states that he is looking into new lines of revenue for the site.
Today we are joined by Founder and President for Caster Communications Kimberly Lancaster, Executive Editor for Commercial Integrator Craig McCormack, #AVintheAM (and reportedly big deal) himself Chris Neto, Consultant, cohost of AVSocial and AVNation’s own social media expert Kelly Perkins, Nifty CEO Lindsay Martin-Bilbrey and “The Man Who Must Not Be Seen” Dennis Burger join us as we discuss what this subscription model might look like, and what could be in store for Twitter. Is paying for Twitter worth it?
