Nothing Set In Pen

Perhaps the one thing we can be certain of in this time is that things are uncertain. But that doesn’t stop us from looking at the latest news following the commercial side of the AV industry. Joining us today is the founder of Integrated Systems Europe Mike Blackman, Content Director for SCN Megan Dutta, Vice President of Sales for AtlasIED Michael Peveler and AV veteran and expert writer Brad Grimes as we tackle the biggest stories of AV.

Speaking of big stories, it was announced this week that Integrated Systems Europe 2021 initially set for February would be postponed to the first week of June. We sit down with Mike Blackman to discuss the process that led to this change, and the state of the industry moving forward. Later we join our panelists to discuss what this change means for shows in 2021, and possibly where the industry could be headed in that time.

Next we take a look at touchless interfaces for enterprise solutions. The running term for a while has been bring your own devices (BYOD), but now it is shifting into bring your own meeting (BYOM) to include cloud content, past performances of collaboration spaces, and more. Looking at the importance of touchless interfaces as we continue to work around a pandemic.
