Pleasantly Surprised

We are still at InfoComm 2021! Not that we’re still in Orlando, but we were so jam packed with guests that we couldn’t feasibly fit it into just one episode. We still have much more to discuss about one of the biggest returns to the physical space for the AV industry.

Joining us in the first half is AtlasIED Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Communications (and at the time, unicorn) Gina Sansivero, Advisist himself & studio host for InfoComm Bradford Benn and now Emerging Markets Director for rAVe Pubs Megan Dutta. We talk about the value of the show, the different vibe being brought to InfoComm 2021 and how that feeling could be carried onto future shows as we come back to normalcy, and generally bicker like children. Who thought putting these three together was a good idea?

Next we are joined by host of the podcast “Study With Steph” rAVe Pubs Managing Editor Steph Beckett, AV Experience Manager at Iowa State University Mike Pedersen and Senior Vice President at Pearl Technology Jeremy Caldera. We take a look at the educational side of things pertaining to AVIXA and InfoComm and the state of the certification process.
