A Pause To Build Confidence

You could at least say that the AV industry is never short on interesting stories. We are here to look at what’s going on in the commercial side of AV, joined by Owner of Control Concepts & host of A State of Control Steve Greenblatt, President of NovMega Digital Solutions Alex Fortin, Integrated Systems Design Partner at Kirkegaard Bren Walker and Director of Learning Environments at the University of Southern California Joe Way.

Originally slated for February, Integrated Systems Europe 2022 has been pushed back to May. We start off by sitting down with Managing Director for ISE Mike Blackman about what led to this decision and why it was made just three weeks before the intended date. We then gather around with our panel of guests to further the discussion of ISE’s delay. What does this mean for the industry in the time between the shows? For even further elaboration we also have a discussion with AVIXA CEO David Labuskes that is available below.

White Light has put out a press release announcing their joining of d&b’s solutions business. The first business to join d&B solutions was SFL group, effectively bringing them under the same roof. It also increases their capabilities to offer solutions in audio, video, lighting and extended reality. We focus on the XR part of this story and look at the importance of moving XR solutions within the AV industry.
