Regardless of where you are or what holiday you might be celebrating, we are here to look at the latest news surrounding the commercial side of the AV industry. AVIXA is partnering with HETMA for InfoComm 2023. In addition to supplying a space on the show floor for higher education technology managers, the organizations are preparing a wide range of programs and education for technology managers during the show. We had a chat with those in the education space on our latest episode of EDTech, but now we look at it from the Pro AV angle. What does this mean for the end-users in the industry for this parntership to bloom?

While we’re talking about the potential for technology managers, we also discuss tightening budgets and other constraints in higher education. Colleges are being hit with so many different obstacles from supply chain issues, lower enrollment, and a looming recession just to name a few.
